Now, we’re looking for a motivated and energetic Recruiter to support hiring for our Real Estate division as we expand across Dubai.

What You’ll Do

• Source and shortlist candidates for roles such as Property Consultants, Admins, Telecallers, Sales Managers, and Real Estate Advisors.
• Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidate suitability for real estate positions.
• Manage and schedule interviews between candidates and department heads.
• Coordinate with HR for offer letters, documentation, onboarding, and compliance.
• Maintain an updated candidate tracker, recruitment dashboard, and applicant pipeline.
• Assist in posting job ads and enhancing employer branding on social media platforms.
• Collaborate with sales managers and HR to understand hiring needs and growth targets.
• Support daily HR operations and contribute to team recruitment strategies.
