Recruiter – Real Estate (6 Months to 1 Year Experience)

Our Talent Acquisition Division plays a vital role in growing our Real Estate operations by sourcing, selecting, and onboarding top property professionals from the UAE and overseas.
Now, we’re looking for a motivated and energetic Recruiter to support hiring for our Real Estate division as we expand across Dubai.

What You’ll Do
- Source and shortlist candidates for roles such as Property Consultants, Admins, Telecallers, Sales Managers, and Real Estate Advisors.
- Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidate suitability for real estate positions.
- Manage and schedule interviews between candidates and department heads.
- Coordinate with HR for offer letters, documentation, onboarding, and compliance.
- Maintain an updated candidate tracker, recruitment dashboard, and applicant pipeline.
- Assist in posting job ads and enhancing employer branding on social media platforms.
- Collaborate with sales managers and HR to understand hiring needs and growth targets.
- Support daily HR operations and contribute to team recruitment strategies.

Willing to collaborate and work closely with HR, Sales, and Management teams.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or any related field.
- 6 months to 1 year of recruitment (Real estate experience is mandatory).
- Familiarity with job portals like LinkedIn, Naukri Gulf, Indeed, and Dubizzle.
- Basic understanding of UAE labor laws and onboarding documentation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
