Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the Talent and Culture Department in daily operations
Schedule appointments and manage internal and external inquiries
Prepare correspondence, staff notices, and employee communications
File and maintain employee documents and HR records
Track HR policies and ensure compliance with signed acknowledgments
Assist in planning and coordinating leadership meetings, training, and employee events
Handle office tasks including phones, photocopying, and supply management
Support internal HR projects, reporting, and follow-up on action plans
Assist with HR-related duties during hotel re-opening preparations
Carry out additional tasks assigned by the Talent and Culture Manager
Desired Candidate Profile
1 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in hospitality
Studying toward or holding a Human Resources qualification
Strong organizational skills with ability to handle confidential information discreetly
Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Reliable, proactive, and capable of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
