What You ll Do

* Provide administrative support to the Talent and Culture Department in daily operations
* Schedule appointments and manage internal and external inquiries
* Prepare correspondence, staff notices, and employee communications
* File and maintain employee documents and HR records
* Track HR policies and ensure compliance with signed acknowledgments
* Assist in planning and coordinating leadership meetings, training, and employee events
* Handle office tasks including phones, photocopying, and supply management
* Support internal HR projects, reporting, and follow-up on action plans
* Assist with HR-related duties during hotel re-opening preparations
* Carry out additional tasks assigned by the Talent and Culture Manager

Ideal Profile

* 1 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in hospitality
* Studying toward or holding a Human Resources qualification
* Strong organizational skills with ability to handle confidential information discreetly
* Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
* Reliable, proactive, and capable of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
