Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Workforce Planning & Coordination

  • Support workforce planning and surge capacity needs across learning operations

  • Track staffing levels, utilization, and gaps across roles and locations

  • Coordinate resource deployment to meet changing program demands

Recruitment & Hiring Coordination

  • Support recruitment processes for program roles in partnership with talent acquisition

  • Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communication, and selection processes

  • Ensure a smooth and timely hiring experience for candidates and stakeholders

Onboarding & Integration

  • Coordinate onboarding for new hires, ensuring readiness and alignment from day one

  • Support onboarding through the first 90 days to drive early productivity

  • Partner with team leads to ensure effective integration into operations

EOR & Contractor Coordination

  • Coordinate administration for contractors and EOR-supported workers

  • Manage documentation including contracts, timesheets, and related processes

  • Ensure compliance with local requirements and internal standards

Skills Development Support

  • Support tracking of team skills and development needs

  • Coordinate training and development activities in partnership with learning leads

  • Maintain visibility into capability development across the team

Buddy & Mentor Program Coordination

  • Manage buddy and mentor pairings for new team members

  • Support onboarding experience through structured guidance and check-ins

  • Gather feedback and improve program effectiveness over time

Desired Candidate Profile

What We re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in talent operations, onboarding, workforce coordination, or HR operations

  • Experience supporting recruitment and onboarding processes in a fast-paced environment

  • Familiarity with contractor or contingent workforce coordination

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills across multiple workstreams

  • High attention to detail, particularly in documentation and process management

  • Ability to work across teams and manage competing priorities

  • Bachelor s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
