About Our Client
A leading multinational bank in Dubai.
Job Description
Develop and implement Emiratisation strategies aligned with business goals and regulatory frameworks
Partner with senior leadership and HR to identify key roles for national talent placement
Build strong relationships with government entities, universities, and talent networks
Design and manage programs that support Emirati career growth, retention, and succession planning
Monitor progress against Emiratisation KPIs and provide regular reporting to stakeholders
Champion a culture of inclusion and continuous development for UAE Nationals
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment across recruitment, learning, and performance functions
The Successful Applicant
UAE National with Family Book
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
8+ years of experience in Emiratisation, talent management, or strategic HR roles
Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and national workforce initiatives
Experience working in multinational or financial institutions is highly desirable
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic change
