• Coordinate and manage end-to-end shipment operations (Air/Sea/Land).

• Prepare and process shipping documents (BL, AWB, invoices, packing list, etc.).

• Liaise with customers, shipping lines, airlines, and transporters.

• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery as per customer requirements.

• Handle customs clearance coordination and follow up with relevant authorities.

• Resolve operational issues and ensure smooth movement of cargo.

• Maintain proper records and update shipment status in the system.

  
  

Requirements:

• 1+ year experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations.

• Good knowledge of import/export procedures and documentation.

• Familiar with UAE customs and local regulations (preferred).

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Proficient in MS Office and basic systems.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
