Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Workforce engagement & Welfare Programmes.
Provide advice and support to blue collar workers on welfare matters.
Develop and maintain welfare systems and procedures
Identify potential areas of risk and develop strategies to address these.
Monitor and review welfare services provided to blue collar workers
2. Employees Grievance & Counselling.
Monitor blue collar worker health and safety
Provide guidance and support to blue collar workers on a range of welfare issues.
Provide feedback to management on welfare related issues
Promoting wellness and healthy lifestyle habits among employees.
3. Employee Coordination & Support.
Arrange & Coordinate training and awareness programs for the workers so that they can keep themselves from involving in any unlawful activities
4. Special Projects
Assisting Welfare Officer for new projects regularly and Other task as and when assigned.
Desired Candidate Profile
II. Job Requirements

Academic
Master’s degree or its equivalent in Human Resources Management, Social Sciences
Professional
Proven experience in Employee Welfare & Employee Engagement.
Formal Training
At least 2 Years of industry experience and on-the-job training
Practical Experience / Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. •Ability to multi-task and work independently. • Good problem solving and decision-making skills. • Ability to work effectively under pressure. • Commitment to providing quality welfare services
