Roles & Responsibilities

Role Overview

As an Account Executive on the Key Accounts Team, you will play a key supporting role in managing and growing some of our most strategic restaurant partners. You ll work closely with the Senior Account Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, effective campaign execution, and insightful reporting that drives business decisions.

This role is ideal for someone with 1 2 years of experience in account management, operations, or data-driven roles, who s passionate about relationship management, operational excellence, and commercial performance.

Scope & Responsibilities

Account Support & Operations

  • Support the Senior Account Manager in managing day-to-day partner relationships.
  • Liaise with restaurant site managers and operations teams to resolve operational or performance issues.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on partner queries, campaigns, and reporting needs.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Assist in preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly internal reports, working closely with commercial and data teams.
  • Track performance metrics, identify trends, and support data-driven recommendations for growth.
  • Maintain up-to-date dashboards and trackers to monitor account health and campaign performance.

Marketing & Campaign Execution

  • Support planning and execution of partner marketing campaigns and activations.
  • Coordinate with internal marketing and design teams for campaign assets and reporting post-launch.

Projects & Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Contribute to team projects, sprints, and central initiatives aimed at improving account performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Data to ensure alignment.

Desired Candidate Profile

1 2 years experience in account management, operations, or a similar role (F&B, e-commerce, or tech experience preferred).

Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret and present insights from performance data.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Proactive, organized, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Intermediate proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience with dashboards or BI tools is a plus.
