Job Overview

We are looking for a responsible Personal Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. The core duties and responsibilities of an Administrative Assistant revolve around supporting others. Their job duties can vary widely, not just from job to job, but from day to day at the same job. On any given day, they may perform a variety of tasks.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Receive and forward correspondence and phone calls.
  • Dealing with requests and inquiries appropriately.
  • Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, Quotations, Purchase Orders and other correspondence.
  • Follow-up office supplies and submit requests periodically.
  • Preparing reports, presentations and abstracts.
  • Create and maintain filing systems
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proven admin or accounts assistant experience will be an advantage
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
