Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
1- Handle day-to-day administrative and office operations 2- Maintain office records, files, and documentation 3- Assist with preparation and filing of basic legal documents and agreements 4- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers 5- Manage vendor records, quotations, and basic contracts 6- Coordinate invoice verification and payment follow-ups with finance 7- Maintain records of payments, agreements, and compliance documents 8- Support management with administrative and coordination tasks
Desired Candidate Profile
1- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field 2- Experience of 2-3 years is required in Dubai 3- Basic knowledge of legal documentation, vendor management, and payments 4- Good organizational and communication skills 5- English speaking is a must have 6- Ability to handle confidential information 7- Proficiency in MS Office
