Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

Admin / Office Support

  • Manage daily administrative tasks, calls, emails, and calendars
  • Prepare property documents, contracts, and listings
  • Maintain CRM and update client records
  • Coordinate with agents, developers, and clients
  • Handle office supplies, filing, invoicing, and basic accounting tasks

    Personal Assistant Duties:

    • Support management with scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting prep
    • Act as point of contact between CEO and clients/business partners
    • Organize follow-ups and reminders for pending tasks
    • Assist during property viewings, events, and company activities when required

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in administration or PA role (real estate experience preferred)
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills (English required)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Good computer skills (MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM systems)
  • Must be available full-time, on-site in Dubai
