Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
Admin / Office Support
- Manage daily administrative tasks, calls, emails, and calendars
- Prepare property documents, contracts, and listings
- Maintain CRM and update client records
- Coordinate with agents, developers, and clients
- Handle office supplies, filing, invoicing, and basic accounting tasks
Personal Assistant Duties:
- Support management with scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting prep
- Act as point of contact between CEO and clients/business partners
- Organize follow-ups and reminders for pending tasks
- Assist during property viewings, events, and company activities when required

Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
- Previous experience in administration or PA role (real estate experience preferred)
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills (English required)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Good computer skills (MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM systems)
- Must be available full-time, on-site in Dubai
