Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day administrative operations and office coordination
Maintain documentation, filing systems, and accurate record management
Coordinate meetings, calendars, and internal communications
Prepare reports, presentations, and professional correspondence
Monitor office supplies and liaise with vendors and suppliers
Provide administrative support to HR and Finance teams
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Desired Candidate Profile
- Filipino candidates preferred due to communication and coordination requirements
- Prior UAE experience is an advantage
- Immediate joiners highly preferred
