Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations and office coordination

  • Maintain documentation, filing systems, and accurate record management

  • Coordinate meetings, calendars, and internal communications

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and professional correspondence

  • Monitor office supplies and liaise with vendors and suppliers

  • Provide administrative support to HR and Finance teams

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Filipino candidates preferred due to communication and coordination requirements
  • Prior UAE experience is an advantage
