Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate daily administrative operations of the office
Prepare, maintain, and organize official documents, reports, and correspondence
Liaise with clients, agents, and developers to ensure smooth workflow
Assist with property listings, CRM updates, and transaction documentation
Support HR and management with scheduling, communication, and record-keeping
Handle basic accounting coordination, including invoices, petty cash, and expense tracking
Ensure the office environment operates efficiently and professionally

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative or office management roles (real estate experience preferred)
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Zoho/CRM tools
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential information
Fluent in English; additional languages like Arabic, Russian, or French are an advantage
