Key Responsibilities
* Handle and control agency middle office support activities to ensure smooth workflow
* Maintain accurate recordkeeping for all loan agency events
* Monitor borrowing status, prepare new borrowings, rollovers, rate settings, conversions, repayments, and prepayments
* Act as the primary coordinator for clients, lenders, and business partners for agency and arranger facilities
* Support preparation of reports, audit confirmations, and other related documentation
* Liaise with Loan Agency business units, external customers, agency back office, and internal stakeholders
* Ensure timely execution and delivery of all operational and administrative tasks
* Maintain operational accuracy and compliance with established guidelines
* Support issue resolution and foster effective communication between all involved parties
Ideal Profile
* Experience in syndicated loans, loan operations, or agency support functions
* Strong understanding of loan lifecycle events such as rollovers, rate settings, and repayments
* High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
* Ability to coordinate across departments and manage time-sensitive tasks
* Strong communication skills and ability to support internal and external clients
* Knowledge of banking operations and documentation processes
