Success Factor LLC - FZ is a dynamic startup HR recruitment and consultancy firm based in Dubai. The company is committed to enhancing talent acquisition and fostering sustainable growth through strategic HR solutions.


We are seeking a tech-savvy and curious AI & HR Tech Intern to join our growing team and support the digital transformation of our HR operations. This is a hands-on role where you will work at the intersection of HR, AI, and automation — helping us build internal tools, automate workflows, and integrate generative AI solutions like chatbots, auto-generated job descriptions, and FAQ assistants.

Ideal for someone who’s passionate about emerging tech, HR systems, and AI-driven innovation.


Key Responsibilities

Support the development and implementation of AI-powered tools within HR (e.g., automated FAQs, JD generators, onboarding bots)

Collaborate with HR and tech teams to identify areas for automation and build quick prototypes

Assist in configuring, testing, and documenting HR automation workflows

Research GenAI trends and recommend new tools or models for HR use cases

Contribute to creating conversational AI agents (chatbots) using platforms like OpenAI, Zapier, or other no-code/low-code tools

Help maintain and improve digital HR systems for efficiency and scalability


Desired Candidate Profile

What We’re Looking For:

Strong interest in AI, automation, and HR technology

Familiarity with tools like OpenAI (ChatGPT), Zapier, Notion AI, or chatbot builders (a plus)

Comfortable with technology, system testing, and documentation

Excellent communication and coordination skills

Organized, proactive, and eager to learn


Bonus Points For

Exposure to HR systems (ATS, onboarding platforms, etc.)

Experience with APIs, prompt engineering, or low-code tools

Interest in building internal tools or AI assistants


Eligibility

Final-year students or recent graduates in HR, Business, Computer Science, IT, or related fields

Available for a minimum of 3 months
