Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and deepen client relationships within the project lifecycle.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, managing complex project requirements and ensuring seamless delivery.
  • Proactively identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within assigned key accounts, aligning solutions with client project needs.
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams (sales, operations, technical) to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess performance, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing with key clients, ensuring profitability and adherence to company policies.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and potential risks for key accounts.
  • Manage and resolve client escalations efficiently, maintaining a high level of service and trust.
  • Forecast account revenue and project timelines accurately, providing regular updates to senior management.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders at all levels within client organizations.
