Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

To support the Baker in producing high-quality baked goods efficiently and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining hygiene, safety, and an organised workspace.

Desired Candidate Profile

Essential: Secondary School Certificate

Desirable: Certificate or Diploma in Baking / Pastry Production

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Bakery Helper or equivalent role in food production.

  • Experience in industrial or large-scale bakery operations.



  • Basic English communication skills.

  • Knowledge of baking procedures, ingredients, and production methods.

  • Good physical stamina and ability to work with hands for extended periods.

  • Awareness of food hygiene and safety practices.

  • Team player with a positive work attitude.
