Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Cake decorating with both piping and fondant and ensuring cake looks high quality attention to detail and exactly same as customer order
Craft and innovate a diverse range of baked goods, including artisanal cakes, creams, chocolate tempering, baking cake sponge macarons cookies, pastries, and confections, ensuring each item meets the highest standards of quality and creativity.
Develop and test new recipes, adjusting ingredients and techniques to achieve desired flavors and textures while maintaining consistency in production.
Manage inventory of baking supplies, ensuring timely replenishment and minimizing waste through effective stock management and ordering processes.
Oversee the daily operations of the bakery, including staff supervision, training, and scheduling to maintain an efficient and motivated team.
Food basic training certificate is a plus
Follow municipality standards & procedures and knowledge of how to use app CHECKED
Desired Candidate Profile
- Formal culinary education in baking and pastry arts, typically a diploma or degree from a recognized institution.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a professional bakery or pastry kitchen, showcasing a solid understanding of baking techniques.
- Certifications such as Certified Master Baker or similar credentials that demonstrate expertise and commitment to the profession.
- Experience in high-volume production environments, capable of maintaining quality standards under pressure.
