Roles & Responsibilities

• Responsible for analyzing RFPs, coordinating site visits, developing manpower and cost estimates, liaising with subcontractors, preparing technical and commercial proposals, and managing multiple bids.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bid Manager with 8-10 years of Facility Management bidding experience.
• Engineering background with strong Excel-based costing skills required.
