Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Define and evolve brand positioning, storytelling, and guidelines to reflect a premium dining and curated beverage experience.
- Collaborate with culinary and beverage teams to align menus, presentation, and seasonal innovations with the brand vision.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns, digital storytelling, influencer partnerships, and experiential activations.
- Monitor brand performance through guest feedback, market trends, and campaign analytics to drive ROI.
- Prepare strategic reports and lead initiatives that enhance customer engagement, loyalty, and repeat visits.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Strong experience in a General Management with High End or Luxury restaurants
- Opportunity to work for an exciting concept setting up their chain in Dubai
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Strong experience in brand and general management within premium dining, hospitality, or beverage sectors.
- Strong understanding of luxury dining trends, customer experience, and digital marketing strategies.
- Creative, analytical, and collaborative professional with strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
