Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
AMAN is seeking a Business Development Manager to support the company’s continued growth and market presence in Dubai and the wider UAE.
The role will focus on developing new client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and representing AMAN’s consulting and technology capabilities across public and private sector organizations. The successful candidate will play an important role in positioning AMAN as a trusted partner for organizations seeking practical, reliable, and forward-looking solutions across consulting, digital transformation, software, and AI-enabled services.
This position requires a commercially minded professional with strong relationship-building skills, a good understanding of the regional business environment, and the ability to engage with senior stakeholders in a professional and credible manner.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in Dubai and the UAE.
Build and maintain relationships with government, semi-government, and enterprise clients.
Represent AMAN professionally in meetings, events, networking activities, and client discussions.
Promote AMAN’s capabilities across consulting, technology, software, digital transformation, and AI-enabled solutions.
Understand client requirements and coordinate internally to shape suitable responses.
Manage the business development pipeline and maintain accurate opportunity tracking.
Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, commercial submissions, and client communications.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are clearly captured and addressed.
Monitor market trends, client priorities, and emerging opportunities in consulting, software, and AI.
Support partnership discussions and strategic relationships where relevant.
Contribute to revenue growth and market presence in the UAE.
Desired Candidate Profile
Required Experience
5+ years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or consulting-related roles.
Experience working with government, semi-government, or enterprise clients in the UAE or GCC.
Good understanding of consulting, digital transformation, software solutions, and emerging technologies.
Exposure to AI, automation, or enterprise technology solutions is preferred.
Experience supporting proposals, RFP responses, client presentations, and commercial discussions.
Strong existing network in Dubai or the UAE is an advantage.
Required Skills
Strong communication and relationship management skills.
Ability to understand client needs and identify relevant business opportunities.
Professional presentation and negotiation skills.
Commercial awareness and ability to manage a sales pipeline.
Ability to work with internal technical and consulting teams.
Strong written and spoken English.
Arabic language skills are an advantage.
Self-driven, organized, and able to work with limited supervision.
