Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the UAE market.

Build and maintain strong relationships with local clients, consultants, and key stakeholders.

Prepare and manage proposals, pre-qualification documents, and commercial submissions.

Coordinate with internal technical and commercial teams to support bidding and tendering activities.

Monitor market trends, competitors, and upcoming projects to support strategic growth.

Negotiate contracts and commercial terms with clients.

Achieve agreed business development targets and revenue goals.

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 5-8 years of UAE experience in business development.

Mandatory experience with a main contractor or engineering consultancy in the UAE.

Strong and proven local UAE client network (developers, consultants, and end clients).

Solid understanding of the UAE construction market and tendering processes.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong commercial awareness and relationship management abilities.

Preferred Skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.

Results-driven with a proactive and strategic mindset.

Strong reporting and CRM management skills.
