Loyaltri HRMS is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) with a strong background in SaaS field sales. The role involves client acquisition, on-site meetings, product demonstrations, and closing business opportunities across the UAE.

Identify and develop new business opportunities for HRMS SaaS solutions Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and sales presentations Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure Build and maintain long-term client relationships Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to organizational growth

Desired Candidate Profile

UAE-based candidates only (mandatory) 2–4 years of proven experience in SaaS sales (HRMS experience preferred) Strong field sales, negotiation, and presentation skills Valid UAE residency Own 4-wheeler is mandatory Candidates must be available for immediate joining
