Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Forex and CFD markets.
Develop and manage relationships with Introducing Brokers, Affiliates, and institutional partners.
Negotiate and close high-value deals to meet or exceed sales KPIs.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective partners and clients aligned with company growth targets.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3 - 4 years' prior industry related business development experience
Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
Proficient in CRM tools; ability to use data / analytics for decision making.
Proven experience working with Introducing Brokers (IBs), Affiliate programs, or White Label partners; existing networks / client base is a strong plus.
