INNOWIT AI is a forward-looking company delivering AI-powered solutions to businesses. We re hiring Business Development Managers (B2B) to join our Dubai sales team and help expand our footprint by identifying opportunities, building partnerships, and driving commercial conversations across key sectors.

Job Responsibilities:
Prospect, engage and qualify new B2B clients within Dubai and the wider region.
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with business stakeholders through regular outreach and networking.
Deliver persuasive product and solution presentations that clearly articulate INNOWIT AI s value proposition.
Leverage PR, social platforms and business networks to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
Work closely with internal teams to shape and execute strategic sales plans and proposals.
Track pipeline activity, report progress and contribute to forecasting and territory planning.

Requirements:
Language: Arabic (spoken and written) preferred; excellent command of English is required.
Experience: At least 2 years of B2B sales experience in Dubai, ideally within technology, SaaS, or related sectors.
Proficiency with business tools such as MS365 and comfortable using CRM systems.
Demonstrated ability in PR, social networking and building professional networks.
Strong presentation skills and a confident, professional presence when pitching to senior stakeholders.
Ability to operate within an international, multicultural environment and adapt communication accordingly.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine focus on developing client relationships.
