Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Identify, explore, and develop new business opportunities and partnership models across digital transformation, AI-enabled solutions, data platforms, and enterprise portals, with the UAE as the core market and additional focus on regional and international opportunities.

Build and manage strategic relationships with clients, partners, ecosystem players, and relevant government or industry bodies across multiple geographies.

Conduct market and competitive analysis to understand industry trends, customer challenges, and emerging opportunities in both local and international markets.

Develop and execute business growth and partnership strategies aligned with organisational objectives and geographic expansion plans.

Lead end-to-end business development activities, including lead generation, opportunity qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.

Work in a consultative manner with clients and partners to understand their business objectives and position Timesworld s solutions accordingly.

Collaborate with internal technology, data, AI, project management, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive solution positioning and smooth transition from sales to delivery.

Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations, proposals, and partnership frameworks tailored to different market and cultural contexts.

Track and report on pipeline performance, partnership outcomes, and market feedback across geographies, providing insights to senior management.

Represent Timesworld at industry events, conferences, and networking forums in the UAE and, where required, in other regions.

Stay informed about developments in AI, data, digital transformation, and relevant regulatory considerations from a global business perspective.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in business administration, marketing, technology, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in business growth, partnerships, or business development roles, with strong exposure to the UAE market.

Demonstrated ability to build and manage partnerships and business opportunities across multiple geographies.

Strong understanding of technology-led business solutions, particularly in digital transformation, AI, and data, from a commercial perspective.

Proven experience in consultative selling, strategic partnerships, and stakeholder engagement.

Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities with a results-oriented mindset.

Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and drive initiatives in a fast-paced, multi-market environment.

Proficiency in CRM tools and standard business productivity software.

Existing professional network in the UAE is essential; exposure to regional or international markets is an advantage.

Fluency in Arabic is preferred.

Valid UAE driving licence is a plus.
