Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through business setup processes and free zone regulations.
- Drive new business opportunities through proactive networking, referrals, and lead generation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service and customized solutions for clients.
- Manage client accounts, resolve issues efficiently, and provide continuous support to maximize value.
- Keep updated on free zone regulations, policies, and market trends to position the business as a trusted partner.
- Prepare and present reports on client activity, business development, and performance metrics.
- Represent the company at networking events and industry gatherings to increase brand presence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business setup, free zone services, or B2B relationship management.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to build trust and credibility with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Valid UAE Driving License and access to own car (mandatory).
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and deliver results.
- Fluency in English required; French and Arabic is an advantage.
