Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through business setup processes and free zone regulations.
  • Drive new business opportunities through proactive networking, referrals, and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service and customized solutions for clients.
  • Manage client accounts, resolve issues efficiently, and provide continuous support to maximize value.
  • Keep updated on free zone regulations, policies, and market trends to position the business as a trusted partner.
  • Prepare and present reports on client activity, business development, and performance metrics.
  • Represent the company at networking events and industry gatherings to increase brand presence.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business setup, free zone services, or B2B relationship management.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to build trust and credibility with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Valid UAE Driving License and access to own car (mandatory).
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and deliver results.
  • Fluency in English required; French and Arabic is an advantage.
