Roles & Responsibilities

The Business Setup Advisor is responsible for guiding potential entrepreneurs and investors through the process of establishing their business in the UAE. This includes providing detailed consultation on legal structures, jurisdictions, licensing options, and documentation requirements. The role requires strong sales and communication skills to convert leads into clients while ensuring a seamless and professional experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on suitable company formation options (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore) based on their business activities and objectives.
  • Explain and compare business setup procedures, licensing requirements, visa processes, and government regulations.
  • Prepare and present tailored proposals, quotations, and service packages to clients.
  • Manage the complete setup process, ensuring accurate documentation and timely submission to authorities.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of UAE business laws, economic regulations, and market trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with free zones, government departments, and service partners.
  • Follow up on leads, maintain CRM records, and achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
  • Provide post-incorporation support, including visa, PRO, and renewal services coordination.
  • Participate in networking events and exhibitions to generate new business opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in business setup, company formation, or PRO services in the UAE.
  • Strong understanding of UAE business jurisdictions, licensing types, and visa regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Fluency in English is essential; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.
