Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Female Lead and supervise the dining room team, ensuring a seamless flow of service that elevates the guest experience.
Act as a liaison between guests and kitchen staff, promptly addressing any special requests or dietary restrictions.
Train and mentor junior waitstaff, instilling best practices in service etiquette and menu knowledge.
Manage table allocations and reservations, optimizing seating arrangements for maximum efficiency.
Desired Candidate Profile
High school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for candidates holding a degree in hospitality or restaurant management.

At least 3-5 years of experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant settings, demonstrating a strong understanding of service standards.
Certifications in food safety and hygiene, indicating a commitment to maintaining high health standards.
Experience in a leadership role, showcasing the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
