Roles & Responsibilities

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Development Manager to lead and deliver revenue-generating initiatives across our network of schools in the Middle East.

You will maximise income from non-tuition services including facility hire, after-school clubs, holiday camps, branded merchandise, and other innovative Nord Anglia commercial opportunities.

This role is pivotal in shaping and delivering our commercial strategy, building strong partnerships, and enhancing our brand visibility across the region. You will combine strategic oversight with hands-on operational delivery, ensuring our initiatives are sustainable, profitable, and aligned with our educational mission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and delivery of commercial initiatives across the ME region.
  • Maximise revenue streams from ancillary services including ASAs, facility hire, camps, and merchandise.
  • Develop pricing models, promotional campaigns, and strategic partnerships.
  • Oversee operational delivery, ensuring compliance with legal, health & safety, and safeguarding frameworks.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage budgets, track KPIs, and report on performance.
  • Work collaboratively with school leaders and marketing teams to optimise uptake and engagement.

Desired Candidate Profile

About You

You will bring a strong entrepreneurial mindset with a proven track record of designing and delivering innovative commercial initiatives, ideally in education, leisure, hospitality, or events. You are commercially curious and opportunity-driven, with the ability to identify untapped revenue potential and build structure around new ideas.

You will be comfortable influencing senior stakeholders, collaborating across functions, and negotiating with external partners. Financial acumen, resilience, and excellent organisational skills are essential, as is a passion for continuous improvement and community engagement.
