Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of commercial properties including offices, retail spaces, and mixed-use developments
Oversee lease negotiations, renewals, and tenant relations
Ensure proper maintenance and operation of all properties
Prepare financial reports and budgets for property owners
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelors degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial property management
Strong understanding of commercial leases and property operations
Excellent financial and analytical skills
Experience with property management software
