Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Build end‑to‑end C&B frameworks aligned to business growth and workforce strategy.

  • Design salary structures, pay ranges, and grading frameworks; lead job evaluation and governance.

  • Develop incentive and variable pay plans (e.g., sales/plant operations) linked to performance outcomes.

  • Lead market benchmarking and salary surveys within FMCG and the UAE; manage annual merit and bonus cycles.

  • Own benefits programs (medical, life, allowances, leave), optimizing plan design, cost, and vendor SLAs.

  • Run compensation analytics, scenario modeling, and manpower budgeting/forecasting.

  • Bring hands‑on experience managing manpower budgeting and forecasting for large, multi‑site organizations, including workforce planning cycles, headcount optimization, and cost simulations.

  • Optimize SAP HR / SuccessFactors for rewards workflows, payroll inputs, data integrity, and reporting.

  • Standardize and automate policies and processes; drive dashboards and self‑service analytics for leaders.

  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and internal governance; support audits and risk controls.

  • Partner with leaders on offers, promotions, organization design, and critical pay decisions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience: 5–8 years in Compensation & Benefits/Total Rewards with mandatory FMCG or Manufacturing exposure.

  • Track record: Built or overhauled C&B frameworks/processes from scratch.

  • Technical: Advanced Excel; strong financial modeling and data interpretation; hands-on SAP HR/SuccessFactors.

  • Regulatory: Deep understanding of UAE labour law and market compensation practices.

  • Competencies: Strategic yet execution‑focused; process improvement and transformation mindset; strong stakeholder management and influencing; meticulous, confidential, and data‑driven.
