� Hiring: Compensation & Benefits Manager | Total Rewards (UAE)

We are looking for a seasoned Compensation & Benefits Manager to lead and elevate our Total Rewards function across the UAE.

This is a high-impact role for someone who can bring structure, governance, and market competitiveness into a growing organization — while partnering closely with leadership to drive data-backed decisions.

� What You Will Own

  • Lead the design and execution of compensation & benefits strategy

  • Drive job analysis, job evaluation, and grading frameworks across the business

  • Establish robust salary structures, benchmarking, and market intelligence

  • Oversee annual salary reviews, promotions, and workforce cost planning

  • Ensure internal equity, governance, and alignment across entities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on Total Rewards strategy

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards

  • Strong track record in job evaluation, salary structuring, and analytics

  • Experience within Facility Management / manpower / service industries is a strong advantage

  • Advanced Excel and strong analytical mindset

  • Solid understanding of the UAE labor market and practices

  • Flexibility to operate across Dubai and Abu Dhabi
