Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver engaging training programs tailored to diverse learning styles, ensuring all employees grasp essential skills and knowledge.
  • Assess training needs through surveys and interviews, enabling the creation of targeted content that addresses specific gaps in employee performance.
  • Utilize various instructional technologies and methodologies, such as e-learning platforms and interactive workshops, to enhance the learning experience.
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and assessments, making data-driven adjustments to improve future training sessions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resource Management, or a related field, providing a foundational understanding of training principles.
  • Minimum of 3 years of corporate training experience, demonstrating a proven track record in developing and delivering effective training programs.
  • Certification in training methodologies such as ATD, CPTD, or a similar credential, showcasing expertise in instructional design and facilitation.
  • Experience in a specific industry relevant to the organization, bringing valuable insights and context to the training process.
