Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to standard recipes and specifications
- Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation of all dishes
- Handle mise end place and ensure all ingredients are prepared in advance
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation at all times
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP)
- Properly store food items and minimize wastage
- Support in receiving and checking deliveries
- Work collaboratively with other kitchen team members
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of kitchen equipment
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience as a Demi Chef de Partie in Asian cuisine (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of Asian cooking techniques, ingredients, and presentation
- Experience in hotel or high-volume restaurant operations is preferred
- Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with good communication skills
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
