Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop, test, refine, and launch scalable recipes and menus aligned with brand identity and operational capabilities.

Ensure all dishes meet nutritional standards, food safety requirements, and operational compliance.

Partner with procurement, culinary, training, and production teams to ensure seamless rollout and consistency.

Balance creativity with commercial feasibility, ensuring menu items meet cost targets and production efficiency.

Maintain strict consistency and quality across high-volume catering environments.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in menu design, product development, and operational workflows.

Stay updated with global and regional culinary trends, translating insights into new concepts and offerings.

Desired Candidate Profile

Strong culinary foundation, preferably with fine-dining experience and exposure to Food Development / R&D roles.

Proven background as a Development Chef, R&D Chef, Executive Chef, or similar role in:

  • Food production groups
  • Airline catering operations
  • Hotels or restaurant groups
  • High-end retail or supermarkets

    Excellent commercial awareness, creativity, and understanding of large-batch production.

    Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced, and innovation-driven environment.

    Strong communication skills and the ability to translate concepts into scalable outputs.
