Roles & Responsibilities


Tutya Restaurant is expanding our team and looking for motivated, customer‑focused individuals to join us. If you have experience in the food & beverage industry and a passion for great service, we’d love to meet you. Immediate joiners are an advantage.


Open Positions

  • Demi Chef

Responsible for food preparation, assisting the Chef de Partie, maintaining kitchen standards, and ensuring quality dishes.


  • Counter Salesperson / Order Taker

Handle customer orders, manage counter operations, provide excellent service, and ensure smooth order flow.


  • Delivery Driver

Deliver orders safely and on time, maintain delivery records, and provide friendly customer interaction.


  • Fish Griller

Skilled in grilling seafood, maintaining hygiene standards, and preparing high‑quality grilled dishes.


  • Fish Cleaner

Responsible for cleaning, scaling, gutting, and preparing fresh fish and seafood according to restaurant standards while maintaining strict hygiene and food safety practices.


Immediate availability is a strong advantage.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is generally required, providing a foundational level of education.

  • Prior experience in the hospitality industry, such as a restaurant, hotel, or catering service, is highly preferred, demonstrating relevant experience.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for interacting with guests and team members.

  • Exceptional customer service skills, including the ability to handle complaints and resolve issues effectively, are highly valued.

  • A positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a proactive approach to tasks are essential personal qualities.

  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure demonstrates adaptability.

  • Physical stamina and the ability to stand, walk, and lift to 25 pounds are necessary for the role.
