  • Facilitate effective communication between executives and internal departments professionally.
  • Conduct research to support executives in decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Handle highly sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion at all times.
  • Collaborate with executive team members on special projects, ensuring timely completion.
  • Maintain a system for tracking action items from meetings and follow up accordingly.
  • Assist in preparing executive presentations, ensuring clarity and accuracy of content.
  • Coordinate and manage the logistics of executive-led events and meetings seamlessly.
  • Operate office equipment proficiently and maintain supplies to avoid workflow interruptions.
  • Address issues and provide solutions swiftly, enhancing executive productivity.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience supporting C-level executives in corporate settings.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to multitask efficiently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are crucial for success.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive information.
  • Experience in managing complex calendars and scheduling multiple priorities.
