Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain executive schedules, including arranging appointments and meetings.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Screen and prioritize phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Conduct research and prepare reports, presentations, and briefs.
  • Manage and maintain filing systems, databases, and records.
  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of meetings, conferences, and events.
  • Provide administrative support to executive team members.
  • Manage and coordinate special projects as assigned.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
