Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial assistance to the management team.
Manage and coordinate schedules, appointments, and official correspondence.
Prepare detailed reports, internal memos, and professional communications.
Handle phone calls, emails, and coordinate with visitors efficiently.
Maintain proper documentation, records, and organized filing systems.
Plan and support meeting schedules, travel arrangements, and event logistics.
Ensure the smooth running of all daily administrative functions.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 3 years of UAE experience in a similar Executive Secretary or Secretary role.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Professional demeanor, strong organizational skills, and a proactive attitude.
