Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Support the service team by setting up tables, delivering dishes, and attending to guest needs efficiently.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the restaurant s menu, ingredients, and service standards.
- Ensure food and beverages are served accurately, promptly, and with proper presentation.
- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas in compliance with hygiene and safety guidelines.
- Assist in clearing tables and resetting them for the next service promptly.
- Follow proper sanitation and health protocols at all times.
- Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to guests, ensuring satisfaction.
- Report guest feedback and service issues to supervisors for immediate resolution.

Ideal Profile
- 1 2 years of experience in a similar food and beverage or hospitality service role within a luxury hotel or fine-dining restaurant.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to perform under pressure.
- Excellent personal presentation and grooming standards.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and restaurant service procedures.
- Passionate about hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
