- Handle visitor registrations and issue visitor badges, ensuring compliance with company policies and security protocols.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring timely delivery and proper documentation.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management of office supplies.
- Coordinate with various departments to facilitate inter-office communications and support daily operations.
- Respond to guest complaints or issues promptly and escalate them as necessary, demonstrating problem-solving skills.
