Roles & Responsibilities
Welcome and greet guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage the waiting list and organize table reservations.
- Escort guests to their tables and ensure their satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the service team to deliver the best customer experience.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints politely and professionally.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Presentable appearance and excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel is preferred.
- Polite, friendly, and customer-oriented attitude.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Very good command of English
