We are seeking an exceptional Head Chef to lead the culinary vision of a prestigious French Michelin fine dining restaurant in Dubai. This is a rare opportunity for a highly accomplished chef with Michelin-level experience to take ownership of a refined, high-performance kitchen.

Role Requirements:
Available for face-to-face interviews and a kitchen trial either in Dubai or Paris
Extensive background in Michelin-starred French Fine Dining restaurants (essential)
Proven experience as a Head Chef in top-tier establishments
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse, multicultural brigade
Exceptional attention to detail, consistency, and execution under pressure
Highly creative with a modern interpretation of classical French cuisine
Expert knowledge of classical French techniques, sauces, and plating standards
Strong experience in menu development, costing, and seasonal planning
Proven ability to maintain the highest standards of hygiene, quality control, and kitchen organisation
Calm, structured, and solution-oriented in high-volume, high-expectation environments
Fluent in English and French (mandatory)
