Key Responsibilities

• Handle all documentation and government-related processes, including company trade licenses, visas, immigration, and renewals.
• Liaise effectively with government authorities such as DMCC, JAFZA, DED, Ministry of Labour, and Immigration.
• Handle document clearing, approvals, attestations, and submissions with accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws, free zone regulations, and trade licensing requirements.
• Handle WPS and payroll systems
• Bank Interaction: Coordinate with banks for opening and closing corporate accounts, resolving banking-related documentation, and supporting other corporate banking requirements.
• Handle all HR Generalist activities for the organization as an Individual Contributor .
