Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with the service providers to apply for employment permits, visas, and benefits enrollment
  • Assist with recruitment activities, including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
  • Support the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a positive employee experience.
  • Maintain and update employee records, databases, and HR information systems.
  • Coordinate leave management, attendance tracking, and timesheets.
  • Prepare monthly payroll
  • Help coordinate employee training sessions, meetings, and company events.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide general HR support.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
  • Support training and development initiatives for employees and management.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Support the HR Manager in performance management and employee engagement activities and events

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS platforms.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
