Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the service providers to apply for employment permits, visas, and benefits enrollment
- Assist with recruitment activities, including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Support the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a positive employee experience.
- Maintain and update employee records, databases, and HR information systems.
- Coordinate leave management, attendance tracking, and timesheets.
- Prepare monthly payroll
- Help coordinate employee training sessions, meetings, and company events.
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide general HR support.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
- Support training and development initiatives for employees and management.
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Support the HR Manager in performance management and employee engagement activities and events
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS platforms.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
