Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support our Human Resources operations in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have at least two (2) years of relevant HR experience and a good understanding of HR processes, labor regulations, and employee coordination.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Assist in day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks
- Coordinate recruitment activities, onboarding, and employee documentation
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Support payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management
- Assist with employee relations and HR policy implementation
- Coordinate with government portals (GOSI, Muqeem, Qiwa, Absher, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and company policies
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an HR Coordinator or similar HR role
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Familiarity with Saudi labor laws and HR systems
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Good command of English (Arabic is an advantage)
