Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced HR Coordinator to support and manage core HR functions for a large workforce. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience handling HR operations for organizations with more than 1,000 employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee final settlement processes

  • Handle leave management and tracking

  • Oversee attendance management systems

  • Support payroll processing and coordination

  • Maintain employee records and ensure HR compliance

  • Coordinate HR activities with internal departments


Desired Candidate Profile

Filipino female candidate (as per hiring requirement)

  • Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience in large organizations (1,000+ employees)

  • Strong knowledge of:

    • Final settlements

    • Leave and attendance management

    • Payroll support

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/BBA preferred)

  • Good communication and organizational skills

  • UAE experience is an advantage
