Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Coordinate and support daily HR operations, ensuring smooth execution of HR processes and procedures.
Assist in the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and maintaining applicant records.
Maintain and update employee records in HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires, facilitating a seamless integration into the organization.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures in a timely and professional manner.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and wellness programs.
Prepare HR-related reports and documentation as required by management.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies in all HR activities.
Coordinate with payroll and benefits teams to ensure accurate and timely processing.
Support performance management processes, including tracking evaluations and training requirements.
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
