Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities (screening, scheduling interviews, offer coordination).
- Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documents.
- Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
- Coordinate visa, medical, Emirates ID, and labor-related documentation (UAE).
- HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR files (physical & digital).
- Update HR systems with employee data, leave records, and attendance.
- Handle employee confirmations, probation reviews, transfers, and exits.
- Prepare HR letters (salary certificates, NOCs, experience letters).
- Payroll & Leave Management
- Coordinate payroll inputs with Finance (attendance, leaves, deductions).
- Manage annual leave, sick leave, unpaid leave, and leave balance tracking.
- Address payroll-related employee queries.
- Employee Relations
- Act as a point of contact for employee HR-related queries.
- Support grievance handling and disciplinary processes.
- Promote a positive and compliant workplace culture.
- Compliance & Policies
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
- Assist in drafting, implementing, and updating HR policies and procedures.
- Support internal audits and HR reports.
- Performance Management & HR Support
- Assist in performance appraisal processes and KPI tracking.
- Support training and development initiatives.
- Prepare HR MIS reports for management review.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably within a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Professional HR certification such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition and employee engagement strategies is essential.
- Proficiency in HR software and data management systems to streamline HR operations and reporting.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous for diverse workplaces.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and a strong sense of ethics and integrity.
- Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic work environment, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
